BARRY MALCOLM
CEO/PRESIDENT
Barry is a Business Development Consultant with over 40 years of experience and success is multiple areas of enterprise within the Bahamas and other Regions. His professional experience includes Directorships of the Inter-American Development Bank, the Bahamas Financial Services Board, the Grand Bahama Port Authority Ltd, Transfer Solutions Providers Limited, the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce and Sun Island Transfers Limited. As Managing Director of Global Fulfillment Services, he provides consulting and development support services to new and emerging enterprises (such as R&R Medical Gases and Propane Plus Limited)conducting business within the Bahamas and Caribbean Regions.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Vincent studied at Edwards Waters College Jacksonville Florida majoring in Music Business Management. He also obtained Training and certificates from Incryo System Crop & Matheson Tri-gas for gas, cylinder bulk and compressed gas
handling distribution and safety. Additionally, he obtained training and certification from Chart Industries in the
handling of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).
He is an entrepreneur and business owner of VM Group of Companies comprising of VM Holdings Ltd., R&R Medical and Welding Supply (Bahamas) Co. Ltd., Propane Plus Bahamas Ltd. which are all in major suppliers in their respective industry of gases in the country for over 13 years where he rose to the position of Assistant Manager.
He possesses a tremendous amount of industry and local market knowledgewhich enables him to approach prospective customers tactfully and easily.
DARIUS FERGUSON
CFO
Captain Darius Ferguson, CPA, has over 20 years of financial experience. He holds a B.S. in both Accounting and Banking &
Finance, magna cum laude. Mr. Ferguson is the proprietor of Golden Parachute Advisors, CFO VM Holdings and CEO Palm
Tree Digital and Digipelago Ltd. A committed community member, he is active in various social services initiatives
and is determined to make a difference by creating opportunities for young Bahamians to learn new skills and build financial wealth.
Mr. Ferguson is a specialist in policy process and controls, capital project management and technology strategies.
His company Palm Tree Digital was instrumental in hosting The Bahamas Blockchain and Al Hackathon and Conference in 2019 where participants had the unique opportunity to learn coding techniques and about blockchain technology. He has honed his Accounting and Auditing skills internationally at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Philadelphia P.А. where he practiced as a senior Auditor and at Ernst & Young Bahamas.

Carlos F. Smith is an economist and certified business and management consultant. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Leicester (2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Massachusetts (2000). His diverse professional background spans financial and logistical operations for international courier based in Boston, Massachusetts.
